[IMMEDIATE HIRING] Oil & Gas Services and Equipment Development Grant (OGSE DG) Intern
To support and assist OGSE DG team in management and operations of MPRC’s OGSE DG, administrative work, and ad-hoc.

To support and assist OGSE DG, which covers the following areas:
- Management and Operations of MPRC's OGSE DG
- Monitor and report all success metrics related to the KPI to relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Prepare relevant correspondence/reports/presentations.
- Establish new and maintain close working relationship with stakeholders at all operational levels to obtain alignment and shared direction.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, task forces, and working groups.
- Execute pre-evaluation tasks of OGSE DG (pre-screening et. al).
- Administrative work
- Administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, preparation of slides, project planning, workshop, and company events.
- Documentation of reporting and procurement processes.
- Ad-hoc
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor.
- Other MPRC’s initiative as and when required.
Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Open to applicants from Office Management, International Business and any other related course.
- Proficient in Information Technology (IT) related matters.
- Preferred internship duration: 6 months.
- Able to begin immediately, or in March 2024.
- Resides within KL/Selangor or candidates with no issue to travel to MoF Inc. Tower, Persiaran KLCC on a daily basis.
