[IMMEDIATE HIRING] Main scope: Candidate will assist Manager, OGSE - Technology in overall programme planning & implementation, performing research (e.g.: desktop, physical engagement etc.) and administrative works particularly in relation to National OGSE Industry Blueprint 2021-2030 Technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities
1. Technology Programs
- Update, maintain and keep tracking of Technology Programs "3ft Implementation Plan".
- Produce, update and maintain stakeholders contact details relevant to the execution of Technology Programs.
- Assist in updating and maintaining on technology capability (e.g.: equipment, patents/IP, scope of services etc.) related to university and/or OGSE companies.
- Prepare relevant Meeting Notes/Minutes, reports and presentation slides as well as maintain documentation in appropriate filings.
- Participate and assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, task forces, and working groups.
2. Research
- Conduct desktop research or via physical engagement relating to OGSE technologies, operation pain points, emerging technologies and other relevant topics to the Technology Programs.
- Properly documents the findings such as in presentation material etc.
3. Administrative work
- Assist in administrative tasks in preparation to the execution of meeting arrangements, workshop etc. in compliance to the internal processes (e.g.: procurement etc.).
4. Ad-hoc task
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor whenever deemed appropriate.
Requirements
- Preferably those pursuing Bachelor Degree of Business Administration/Management, Technology Management, Project Management and/or in related discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Duration of internship: Minimum 6 months.
- No issue to travel to MoF Inc. Tower, KL daily.
