Integrity & Governance

MPRC’s reputation is built on our core WISH values (Win-Win, Integrity, Stewardship, Humility) as a company and collective commitment to acting with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in all its forms. In line with our commitment towards total integrity across the Group, we have developed our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy (AB&C) and Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) to further strengthen our existing ethics and integrity ecosystem.

Anti-bribery & Corruption Policy (AB&C)

AB&C policy is used as a foundation for the Group to establish, implement, maintain, review, and improve an anti-bribery and anti-corruption system to support the Company’s strategic objectives. It includes guidelines on bribes, kickbacks, extortion, gifts, hospitality, and whistleblowing.

Organisational Anti-corruption Plan 2022-2026 (OACP)

OACP defines our priority areas and initiatives in Procurement, Finance, Operations and Human Resources to mitigate corruption, integrity, and governance risks in compliance with Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACCA).

With a total of 34 initiatives, 15 has been given priority due to its lowest complexity in execution but with highest rate of impact.
