Key responsibilities

 

  • Portal Development
    • Support Project Manager in the i-OGSE portal development, including content uploading and monitoring.
    • Support Project Manager in monitoring the OGSE company recognition process and uploading the company profile onto the portal.

 

  • Administrative Work
    • Involves in data collection exercises on OGSE companies’ financial data and company profiles.
    • Support team in administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, preparation of slides, project planning, workshop, and company events.
    • Support team with documentation of procurement process.

 

  • Ad Hoc 
    • Provide additional support to other MPRC’s initiatives as and when required.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor whenever deemed appropriate.
Requirements
  • Duration: Min. 6 months
  • Background/Skills: Business Administration, International Business, or any related discipline/fields
  • CGPA: 3.00 and above
