Key responsibilities
- Portal Development
- Support Project Manager in the i-OGSE portal development, including content uploading and monitoring.
- Support Project Manager in monitoring the OGSE company recognition process and uploading the company profile onto the portal.
- Administrative Work
- Involves in data collection exercises on OGSE companies’ financial data and company profiles.
- Support team in administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, preparation of slides, project planning, workshop, and company events.
- Support team with documentation of procurement process.
- Ad Hoc
- Provide additional support to other MPRC’s initiatives as and when required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor whenever deemed appropriate.
Requirements
- Duration: Min. 6 months
- Background/Skills: Business Administration, International Business, or any related discipline/fields
- CGPA: 3.00 and above
