Recruitment activities, procurement support, staff training coordination

Key responsibilities
  • Recruitment Activities & Staff Training

    • To support overall HR functions as and when required which may include recruitment activities, internship hiring activities, general filing, staff training coordination, etc.

 

  • General Support

    • To support IT troubleshooting coordination with onsite support, etc.

 

  • Procurement Support

    • To support procurement including PO issuance, assists in payment arrangement, general filing, document checking, etc.

 

  • Ad-hoc

    • To support office administration function as and when required including internal events coordination.

    • To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor whenever deemed appropriate.

Requirements
  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months
  • Background/Skills: Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related fields
  • CGPA: 3.00 and above
