Recruitment Activities & Staff Training

To support overall HR functions as and when required which may include recruitment activities, internship hiring activities, general filing, staff training coordination, etc.

To support IT troubleshooting coordination with onsite support, etc.

Procurement Support

To support procurement including PO issuance, assists in payment arrangement, general filing, document checking, etc.

Ad-hoc

To support office administration function as and when required including internal events coordination.

To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor whenever deemed appropriate.

- Background/Skills: Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related fields
- CGPA: 3.00 and above
